Dental Entrepreneur Media houses both Dental Entrepreneur and Dental Entrepreneur Woman. Dental Entrepreneur has the mix of information new dentists need to succeed now and in the future as they build their careers. Dental Entrepreneur Woman has the mission to inspire, highlight, empower, and connect all women in dentistry.
Dental Entrepreneur Media has experienced record growth in recent years. In order to nurture and accelerate that growth, Dental Entrepreneur Media is pleased to announce Nicki Mackey as their new Director of Operations.

Anne Duffy is the Founder of Dental Entrepreneur Woman and the owner of Dental Entrepreneur Media. She has been the driving force behind Dental Entrepreneur Media for the past two decades. Designating Mrs. Mackey as Director of Operations provides meticulous organization and long term planning and growth for Dental Entrepreneur Media, as well as the freedom for Mrs. Duffy to expand her role as spokesperson to her company.
Nicki Mackey is the Co-Founder and CEO of Redwood Designs, LLC, a design and marketing company focused on helping small businesses elevate their online presence. She was introduced to Anne by a mutual friend and colleague, Machell Hudson, in November 2020. In December, she began working with Anne to support and grow DeW and build a marketing plan.
Nicki’s vision, expertise, and drive have allowed her to build marketing departments for several businesses from their infancy. Before participating in Dental Entrepreneur Media’s marketing efforts, Nicki led the Marketing Department for The American Academy for Oral Systemic Health (AAOSH) in 2018, as their Director of Marketing, developing their website, membership, online learning platforms, and elevating their online presence. In 2016, Nicki joined the team at Socksmith Design, Inc. as Marketing and E-commerce Manager. At both companies, Nicki spearheaded their marketing operations.

Prior to her business and marketing career, Nicki played Division 1 collegiate golf at Eastern Kentucky University and was a PGA Golf Professional at Pebble Beach Resorts in Monterey, California. She currently resides in Columbus, Ohio with her wife and their two dogs.
