The American Academy for Oral Systemic Health (AAOSH)
The American Academy for Oral Systemic Health (AAOSH) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization of healthcare leaders and health professionals dedicated to expanding awareness of the relationship between oral health and whole body health. AAOSH is a large organization focused on advanced education and interdisciplinary networking/collaboration. They accomplish their mission through online educational resources and annual Scientific Sessions.

With a booming membership base and outdated website, AAOSH needed a website that had features to fit their growing needs. Nicole built a full-service website, association management system (AMS), learning management system (LMS), and customer relationship management (CRM) system, using a combination of HubSpot and MemberClicks softwares. The end result was a platform that allows members to watch and download educational materials, network with fellow members, watch/track continuing education credits, and more. The backend functionality feels limitless in the ability to create custom marketing/sales funnels, automatically track CE credits, and more effectively communicate with current and prospective members.
To reach wider audiences and new prospective members, AAOSH created the "Time to Live Podcast." Reaching over 2,000 people, Time to Live is completely produced, edited, and distributed by Nicole. By leveraging technology, all hosts and interviewees are virtual, and the show is releasing bimonthly monthly episodes.
We saw an increased Instagram following over two years. We increased engagement through a mix of organic and paid advertising.
By managing all social media, marketing, website design, and virtual event production, numerous graphics are required for this large-scale organization. Here are a couple examples.
Through a special advertising platform for events and associations, AAOSH saw upwards of 10x ROI on re-marketing efforts, resulting in increased membership and event signups.
In June 2020, AAOSH had to quickly pivot from a large-scale in-person event, to a virtual meeting in two short months. Nicole built out a full virtual platform, managing the pre-production and day-of production of all meeting details, including: pre-recorded lectures, virtual exhibitor booths, live session production, and virtual platform training/tech support for staff, sponsors, and attendees.
AAOSH also hosts live monthly educational webinars, to their membership base.
